It’s not all work and no play though! Opportunities to get out on the water will be plentiful; you could learn a new sport or explore exciting new places with like-minded friends. We also have a strong management team that provides on-going support and training.
For instance, staff that complete a season with us have a chance to gain new qualifications for their next season through our Watersports pathway programme. Or, if you like the idea of working a Winter season, join us at one of our Winter chalet hotels to continue working year-round!
