How to pay for your holiday
If you are booking more than 12 weeks before your holiday, you will pay a deposit of £200 deposit per person for Summer 2025. Once inside 12 weeks, the full amount will need to be paid.
If you have an outstanding balance, you can make a payment by one of the methods below:
- Make a bank transfer to Mark Warner Limited, Barclays Bank a/c number 50674877, sort code 20 65 82 quoting your booking reference and name as the payment reference.
- Visit our online Manage My Booking section and enter your holiday details to make your payment online.
- Call our Credit Control department on 0333 305 7174.

PAYMent flexibility
As a Mark Warner guest, you have total flexibility to pay for your holiday at a pace that suits you. Some guests pay in full when they book, many leave a deposit and pay the final balance in one lump sum 12 weeks from departure. However, we’re increasingly seeing guests make use of our “Manage My Booking” facility to spread their holiday cost across several months, paying down their balance when it suits them with whatever amount they wish. There’s no financing or interest involved on our part – just feel free to pay for your trip in a way that works for you.
The minimum deposit is £200pp to reserve your holiday 2025 and full payment must be received 12 weeks prior to departure. Up until then you can make payments of as little or as much as you like, whenever you want to at:-

Gift Vouchers
Treat your family, friend or colleague to a Mark Warner gift voucher. Our gift vouchers can be used towards a summer activity or winter ski holiday, as well as in-resort courses such as RYA sailing & windsurfing lessons and LTA tennis lessons, which are pre-booked in the UK. Please note that our gift vouchers can't be applied to the resort bill.
