Great overall holiday. Well organised company and polite / friendly staff. This was our second visit- so this, in itself , says a lot.
Hotel: well placed for local Ski bus, or 6 min walk on a slight incline to slopes/ nearest lift. Buses are frequent. The hotel itself is charming- old wooden beams , log fire in a good sized lounge area that is itself adjacent to a bar area. Lots of lifts to take you up and down - if needed. Good sized rooms, with bathroom and separate toilet. Decor in very good Nick.
Food: Excellent breakfast & afternoon cakes. The latter difficult to resist and served at a reasonable time between 4-5pm. Evening meals a bit variable. 3 choices from each course- The starter and pudding were generally quite good. The main course not always to my own taste. I think that is very subjective though- as others seemed to wolf theirs down.
Staff: Single word, Charming …..and not too sycophantic. During the week- Rosy and Cody served us and were brilliant . Attention to detail was excellent and the effort to get to know guests quite obvious. Very impressive.
A lovely place to stay, in a great part ( Val Caret) of an excellent wider resort, that is Tignes.

Flights and transfers were faultless, hotel accommodation was excellent and great service from friendly staff. Good quality and choice at breakfast. Dinners were a bit inconsistent but plenty of choice and good portions. Would definitely recommend as a good value for money option.

The whole team were brilliant. Hanna and her team in childcare made our 2 boys feel at home from the second they stepped into the room. Mark the night keeper kept laughing through the morning while I was getting some work done.
Ali and his team done everything they could to make our trip as enjoyable as possible.
For parents that don’t get much time to them selves this is a life saving trip and team

Such a super holiday and everything so easy. None of us wanted to leave! Only marking down one because drinks in resort - and local area - seemed very expensive

Great location next to the beach. Rooms are a decent size and the food was pretty good. The outdoor restaurant for lunch was excellent. Although the main buffet restaurant was very noisy.
The reception area was tired with a lot of ripped seating. There seemed to be a problem with flies when we were there in October half term.
Staff were good and enthusiastic. The kids enjoyed the clubs.
I think some of the staff were smoking weed behind the spa as we could smell most afternoons when we walked by.
