Early Years Leader - Summer 2025

Reports to: Childcare Manager

We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our successful childcare team in a breath taking location!

As an Early Years Leader, you’ll be entrusted with an exclusive group of children typically aged from 4 months to 5 years old, and occasionally lead groups up to the age of 12. Each day you’ll help create an exciting, stimulating and imaginative programme involving a mixture of fun indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring our little guests have a holiday of a lifetime.

Requirements

• CACHE, NNEB, City & Guilds, BTEC National Diploma or equivalent childcare qualification (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children from 4 months of age
• Valid Full or Emergency Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (we’ll help arrange!)
• UK/EU passport holder
• UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number
• UK/EU bank account

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of childcare to the following departments:

• Baby Club (4 months – 11 months)

• Toddler Club (1 – 2 years)

• Mini Club (3 – 4 years)

• Create and develop a happy, safe and stimulating environment
• Ensure the supervision of children at play at all times (indoor and outdoor) throughout various activities and experiences
• Tailor-make weekly age-appropriate exciting activity plans 
• Operate to the highest standard of health and safety
• Ensure Mark Warner standards are upheld
• Maintain a high level of customer service
