Reports to: Head of Bar

Working within a local team, as Bartender you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our resorts, showcasing your excellent customer service skills and knowledge across our bar. Requirements

• Good knowledge of alcoholic drinks
• Previous experience working in a bar or pub
• Good cocktail knowledge (highly desirable)
• UK/EU passport holder
• UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number
• UK/EU bank account

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily running of the bar
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Offer a quick, efficient and friendly service
• Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
• Promote drinks offers and happy hours
• Stock control, weekly stock takes & reconciling deliveries
• Assist the Head Bar with budgets whilst maintaining high standards
• Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness to the Mark Warner standards
• Daily cleaning and tidying
