Hotel and food were great and no issues there and the resort manager is super friendly and efficient.
It was the first week of the season the Mark Warner activity staff were low on numbers - 1 on cycling so they had to do all the rides and no backup, 1 on tennis/padel so limited sessions, beach staff didn't have enough so had to shut for 1.5 hours over lunch.
I think they rely on students which haven't yet broken up so were short staffed but were still charging top dollar (in my case) for the week so was bit disappointing in that regard but likely to improve in coming weeks.
The bikes are about 3 years old and were some mechanical issues so could be improved to be more confident in riding them. The pools are very good though with an adult only pool.

We had a wonderful week skiing in Tignes with Mark Warner! Lovely family friendly hotel, great food and wine and a fun atmosphere. The kids loved the warm pool and we enjoyed the sociable bar area and roaring fire! All the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday one to remember - thank you Ali, Cat and team!

We had a fabulous skiing holiday with Mark Warner – they truly exceeded our expectations. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, right down to the lovely surprise of a note and chocolate from the Easter Bunny as we left on Easter Sunday. The kids club was excellent – really well designed, spotless, and run by a warm, professional team.
We stayed in a family triple room which worked well for us, though we would have appreciated a bit more storage space. There was only one high shelf above the hanging area, which only my husband could reach, so we ended up keeping most of our clothes on the cupboard floor.
That said, it didn’t take away from what was an all-round brilliant trip – we’d definitely rebook!

Great staff, created a warm friendly atmosphere 🥰 there was a great service, and the food was delicious 😋.
When we had lock down in the Hotel because of a snow blizzard, staff swopped the chalet day off , so they could provide us food for the day and they put on a quiz and child care. It was a fabulous experience 🥰

Lovely chalet, all wooden! Friendly staff and great food. Pool was nice and it was a really good location for Grande Motte and apres!

A fabulous hotel experience. Staff and the food are amazing. Lovely open fire of an evening. The pool and spa are perfect for a wind down after a long day on the slopes too but this area could do with a little TLC as some of the jets don't work but still better than not having a sap to come home to in the evening. We are definitely going back as we love this ski area.

Relaxed hotel, good atmosphere. Great afternoon tea. Negative point is the swimming pool wasn’t very warm and the steam room broken. Breakfast wasn’t ready for 07.30 and no fruit one day. Small niggles but otherwise a good stay near to the slopes.

Once there I can only be positive about the experience. Location is excellent, breakfast and dinner was very enjoyable although afternoon tea was mixed. Swimming pool and sauna made the end of the day very relaxing. My main gripe was that I wasn’t allowed to take my own ski equipment and having skied since 1996 that was a first and I wouldn’t have booked if I had known that was to be the case. Nonetheless I would recommend MW and the Chalet Hotel L’Ecrin to anyone as a great place for a ski holiday
