Located in stunning locations across the Mediterranean, our resort offers a haven for enthusiasts like you. The terrain, topography, and tranquil roads that surround our beach resorts offer an array of fantastic cycling opportunities for both our staff and guests.

As Cycling Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our land sports operations. Your responsibilities will include organising bicycle rentals for private hire, leading group tours for road cycling and mountain biking, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Our guided tours cater to varying skill levels and physicality, ranging from easy to challenging with routes spanning distances of 5 to 105 kilometres. With our cycling program continuously expanding, you will find your role exciting and diverse.

Requirements

  • Keen cyclist with a good level of fitness
  • Experience maintaining a bicycle or fleet of bicycles
  • Valid first aid certificate
  • UK/EU passport holder
  • UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number
  • UK/EU bank account

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead guided tours over a variety of terrain, distance and intensity
  • Greet guests at the cycling centre, inform them of our services available, sign out bicycles and ensure they are safe
  • Monitor and maintain a fleet of road and mountain bikes
  • Follow the Mark Warner standard operating procedures
  • Maintain an excellent standard of customer service
