Lovely chalet, all wooden! Friendly staff and great food. Pool was nice and it was a really good location for Grande Motte and apres!

A fabulous hotel experience. Staff and the food are amazing. Lovely open fire of an evening. The pool and spa are perfect for a wind down after a long day on the slopes too but this area could do with a little TLC as some of the jets don't work but still better than not having a sap to come home to in the evening. We are definitely going back as we love this ski area.

Relaxed hotel, good atmosphere. Great afternoon tea. Negative point is the swimming pool wasn’t very warm and the steam room broken. Breakfast wasn’t ready for 07.30 and no fruit one day. Small niggles but otherwise a good stay near to the slopes.

Once there I can only be positive about the experience. Location is excellent, breakfast and dinner was very enjoyable although afternoon tea was mixed. Swimming pool and sauna made the end of the day very relaxing. My main gripe was that I wasn’t allowed to take my own ski equipment and having skied since 1996 that was a first and I wouldn’t have booked if I had known that was to be the case. Nonetheless I would recommend MW and the Chalet Hotel L’Ecrin to anyone as a great place for a ski holiday

Everyone in the hotel had a smile, were always willing to help, knew what they were doing, and had that mature experienced character that just belied confidence in being able to fully enjoy our holiday.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the proximity to the slopes. The food was excellent and what made the holiday was the staff. All were super friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They all clearly work very hard for the benefit of the guests. There will be newer hotels with newer facilities but you will pay more for them. The trip was really well priced and I was more than happy with all that I received.. I would definitely stay here again.. well done Mark Warner..

Had a fabulous week at Chalet Hotel L’Ecrin. The staff were excellent and the food was very good. Used the swimming pool and sauna several times. Enjoyed the bar in the evenings and took part in 2 quiz nights..
Our room was a bit small but adequate with shower over the bath. Used the ski bus everyday as it was too far to walk to the lifts.
