At all of our Mediterranean beach resorts we
offer an array of free outdoor fitness activities, many of which
are inlcuded in the cost of your holiday.
Exercise Programme
We offer group exercise and aerobics classes
including body conditioning and aqua aerobics throughout the summer
months.
In our Lakitira and San Agostino resorts
pilates/yoga are offered from May to August at extra cost. In our
beach resorts of Abu Soma and Hilton Mauritius there are fully
equipped fitness rooms.
Whether you want an active or gentle holiday,
you will find plenty of lighthearted activities to choose from
including beach volleyball, waterpolo, 5-a-side football, boules,
table tennis and badminton. A number of our resorts also offer
mountain biking - a great way to explore your surroundings.

Some resorts offer badminton, boules and croquet
as more leisurely ways to pass the time in the sun.
Adventures beyond the resort
There's plenty to do outside most of our beach
resorts - including golf, boat trips, camel trips, mountain bikes
(with guided cycling tours in Paleros), fishing, car hire, horse
riding and sight seeing excursions. Whatever you
want to do, our staff will do their best to help you arrange
everything you need.
