Talented Chefs

All our chefs are all professionally trained and take real pride in serving you great food - whether it's a three course dinner, cake for tea or a generous cooked breakfast. Where possible, ingredients are locally sourced to ensure the freshest food, and we incorporate local specialties into the menu.

What's Included?

Within the price of your skiing holiday; breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner with wine is included. On Thursday nights our chefs and chalet staff have a night off giving guests the opportunity to sample the local restaurants. All our ski chalets have plenty of information on the local bars and restaurants and will be happy to book a table and arrange transport for you. Breakfast and afternoon tea are served as usual on this day.

Breakfast

Start the day with a choice of cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, local breads and pastries, preserves and honey.  Plentiful fruit juices, teas, coffees or hot chocolate are all available.

Afternoon Tea

After an action packed day on the slopes, you'll return to a selection of freshly baked cakes, biscuits, bread, jams and honey. If you'd prefer, there's also a warming soup, along with a choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate.

Dinner

Each evening you will be served a three-course dinner offering a range of meat, fish and vegetarian options. On two evenings, including arrival night, a buffet is served. Otherwise, our daily menu offers a choice of three starters and three main courses and a selection of desserts or local cheeses. 

Many of our guests enjoy the dinner party ambience of a large shared table; others prefer to dine in a family group or as a couple. It depends on the size and layout of the dining area, but our staff will always do their best to accommodate your preferences. In Chalethotels Toviere, Cygnaski, Moris and Christina, our dining rooms are designed for the more traditional chalet-style skiing holiday and guests dine together in groups.

Complimentary wine

To accompany your meal there's a choice of carefully selected red and white wines. These are complimentary and are available throughout dinner until coffee is served.

Sociable bars

For that well-earned pre or post-dinner drink, all our chalethotels have bars featuring happy hours and a cocktail of the day. Simply charge drinks to your room and settle the bill at the end of your stay.
