Talented chefs
On a ski holiday, eating is the perfect way to relax at the end
of an energetic day. That's why our expert chefs in our
chalethotels not only prepare generous breakfasts and afternoon
teas, but also create delicious three course dinners to add spice
to your evening. All our chefs are professionally trained and
work closely with local suppliers to bring the freshest, tastiest
produce to your table.
A hearty breakfast
Start the day with a choice of cooked breakfast, cereals,
yoghurt, fruit, local breads and pastries, preserves and
honey. Plentiful fruit juices, teas, coffees or hot chocolate
are all available.
Tasty afternoon tea
After an action packed day on the slopes, you'll
return to a selection of freshly baked cakes, biscuits,
bread, jams and honey. If you'd prefer, there's also a warming
soup, along with a choice of teas, coffee and plenty of hot
chocolate.
Delicious dinner
Each evening you will be served a three-course dinner
offeringa range of meat, fish and vegetarian options. On two
evenings, including arrival night, a buffet is served. Otherwise,
our daily menu offers a choice of three starters and three main
courses and a selection of desserts or local cheeses.
Complimentary wine is available until coffee is served.
Relaxed dining
Many of our guests enjoy the dinner party ambience of a large
shared table; others prefer to dine in a family group or as a
couple. It depends on the size and layout of the dining area, but
our staff will always do their best to accommodate your
preferences. In Chalethotels Tovière, Cygnaski, Moris and
Christina, our dining rooms are designed for the more traditional
chalet-style skiing holiday and guests dine together in groups.
Complimentary wine
To accompany your meal there's a choice of carefully selected
red and white wines. These are complimentary and are available
throughout dinner until coffee is served.
Sociable bars
For that well-earned pre or post-dinner drink, all our
chalethotels have bars featuring happy hours and a cocktail of the
day. Simply charge drinks to your room and settle the bill at the
end of your stay.
Visit the local restaurants
Once a week, our chefs and kitchen staff have an evening
off. This is your opportunity to sample a local
restaurant. Your chalethotel will have plenty of information on the
local places to eat and we will be happy to book a table and
arrange transport for you. Breakfast and afternoon tea are served
as usual on this day.
