There are a total of 193 rooms, split between the hotel and the group of bungalows comprising of:

Hotel Accommodation

Single Rooms - 1 single bed, large room. En-suite with shower.
Family Suites - One entrance leading into a small entrance hall with 2 bedrooms leading off. The children's bedroom is open plan with 2 single beds and no balcony. The adult room has a double bed and balcony or terrace. There is one bathroom located off the entrance hall.
Premium Family Suites - One entrance leading into a small entrance hall with 2 bedrooms leading off . The children's bedroom is open plan with 2 single beds and no balcony. The adult room has a double bed and balcony. There is one bathroom that is located off the entrance hall. These rooms have a superior location and view to the standard family suites.

Bungalow Accommodation

Twin Rooms - 2 single beds, most have a third bed that is almost full size and can take a cot. En-suite bathroom and terrace.
Premium Twin Rooms - 2 single beds, most have a third bed that is almost full size and can take a cot.  En-suite bathroom and terrace.  These rooms have a superior location and view to the twin room.
Double Rooms - 1 double bed, all rooms take a cot, an extra bed and are en-suite.
Premium Double Rooms - 1 double bed, all rooms take a cot, an extra bed and are en-suite. These rooms have a superior location and view than the standard double rooms
Interconnecting Rooms - 2 bungalows with an interconnecting door consisting of a double and twin room.  Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and will take an extra bed and cot. 
Premium Interconnecting Rooms - 2 bungalows with an interconnecting door consisting of a double and twin room. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and  take an extra bed and cot. These rooms have a superior location and view to the standard interconnecting rooms.
Family Rooms - Two rooms, entrance door leads into children's room with 2 single beds and room to take a cot. Interconnecting door leads into the adult room which has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. 

RYA Courses

Our Royal Yachting Association (RYA) qualified instructors provide first class tuition and we have a superb selection of sailing craft for your use. Whether you want to sail at your leisure or you'd like to gain a qualification, it couldn't be easier.

A full range of RYA Sailing Courses are offered at most of our Mediterranean and at one of our Egyptian Beach resorts for sailors who would like to achieve a qualification. The Level 1 and 2 and the Youth courses are pre-bookable and payable in the UK, which is strongly recommended as spaces are limited. All other RYA courses are booked and paid for in resort.

RYA Level 1 - Start sailing
10 hours tuition introducing the basic skills of sailing. At the end of the course the RYA Level 1 log book and certifcate (subject to successful assessment) are awarded.
Minimum age 14 years.

RYA Level 2 - Basic Skills
10 hours tuition taking you to the next level of competence in sailing. At the end of the course RYA Level 2 certificate (subject to successful assessment) is awarded.

RYA Seamanship skills
10 hours tuition learning dinghy launch and recovery, stopping, reducing sails, recovering man overboard and anchoring.

RYA Sailing with Spinnakers
10 hours tuition learning how to rig your dinghy, gybe and recover one type of spinnaker.

RYA Start racing
10 hours tuition teaching you all the skills required to enjoy club racing, maximising boat speed and out-witting your opponents.

RYA Youth scheme stage 1 or 2 (age 6-13 years)
Comprising of 10 hours  tuition, this course introduces children to the basics and fun of sailing. Stage 1 or 2 certificate awarded (subject to successful assessment).
Cost £40 per stage

Private tuition
Private tuition is also available at most of our resorts for a maximum of 2 guests per instructor.
Costs £40 for 1½ hours (only bookable in resort)

RYA Courses

RYA start windsurfing
10-hours tuition over the week with an introduction to the basics. On completion, you'll be awarded an RYA logbook and certificate (subject to assessment).

RYA intermediate windsurfing
Non Planing & Planing courses
Comprising of 10 hours tuition throughout the week, this course will build on your current skills and hopefully you'll start to look like a pro by the end of the week. On completion, you'll be awarded with an RYA certificate (subject to assessment).
Minimum age 14 years.
Cost £50 each

RYA youth scheme starting point course & moving on course
8-hours tuition over the week. This is a fun introduction to windsurfing and teaches beach starts and basic harness technique up to level 2 RYA Youth level. Depending on how much your budding windsurfer progresses, a level 1 or 2 certificate will be awarded (subject to assessment).
Age 10-13 years

PADI Diving Courses

Try a free trial dive in the swimming pool or shallow sea (not free in our Abu Soma resort).

PADI Introduction Course
Covering the theory of diving and learning about the equipment used, this will be followed by a dive in open water. Your instructor will be by your side at all times. If you wish to progress your diving further, completion of this course will count towards the PADI Open Water Dive Course qualification.
Minimum age: 10 years.
Cost £50-£70 depending on resort.

PADI Open water dive course
Further theory and diving skills are developed in the pool. When your instructor is confident that you're ready, you'll have 4 training dives in open water. You'll be awarded with a certificate of achievement.
Minimum age: 10 years.
Cost £200-£315 depending on resort.

PADI Advanced open water dive course
Suitable for qualified open water divers, this course enables you to improve your diving skills and progress to a qualified advanced diver. A choice of adventure dives are taken on this course, these include deep dives, navigation or night dives.
Minimum age: 12 years
Cost £135-£225 depending on resort.

Safety First
Your safety is important so if you would like to scuba dive, you'll need to complete a medical history form. You may also need a physical check up. If you're over 45 years of age or have a previous medical condition, please bring a Doctor's certificate confirming that you're fit to dive. Whether you can or cannot dive, will be entirely at the discretion of your qualified instructor whose main concern, at all times, is for your safety.

PADI dive courses in the Mediterranean resorts can be pre-booked in the UK.

Our Tennis Coaching Programme

We offer a number of coaching programmes endorsed by the Lawn Tennis Association and managed by the specialist tennis company Service Line. Tuition is available for complete beginners through to club and county level players and coaching can be provided in a group of balanced ability or on a one-to-one level for players aged 4 years upwards. All group coaching can be pre-booked in the UK and we would recommend that you book early as places are limited and very popular.

For those who prefer private coaching, we offer single lessons or a package of three lessons all of which are bookable in resort.

In all resorts we ensure there is tennis court time available for those wanting free play. We also arrange evening tennis socials and a not too serious weekly tournament. We can provide racquets and balls for tuition, social sessions and free play.

Academy tennis course

With 21 tennis courts between them, San Agostino and Lakitira Beach Resorts are our specialist award winning tennis centres. At these resorts we run the 'Academy Course' alongside our usual coaching programme.
This course is ideal if you're keen to focus on improving your tennis whilst on holiday. Courses run throughout the summer and are pre-bookable in the UK.

Minimum of 3 participants - maximum of 6.
