Whistler

Canada Canada

World renowned

Whistler Blackcomb is undoubtedly Canada's most famous resort. And it's easy to see why - as North America's largest ski area, it has first class ski and snowboarding conditions, masses of fantastic runs, spectacular scenery and great nightlife.

Heavenly space

In 1997, the two previously separate ski areas of  Whistler and Blackcomb became integrated into one mega-resort.

With over 8,000 acres of glorious pistes, Whistler consistently receives huge quantities of snow. The peak of Whistler is reached by speedy quad chairs and, once you're at the top - the only way back down is through beautifully broad and well pisted slopes.

Blackcomb is the location of the world famous 'Couloir Extreme', which according to Skiing Magazine, is one of the top ten best steep in-bound runs in the world.

Snowboarder's paradise

Snowboarding in Whistler Blackcomb is like no other resort. With varied terrain, fabulously long runs and an abundance of snowboard parks with ramps, rails and half pipes - you'll find a challenge to test your skills whatever your level of ability.

A real life winter wonderland

Whistler Village is, quite simply, gorgeous. Packed with shops and wonderful restaurants - there's plenty of après-ski to be found. With pedestrianised streets and attractive squares, it's a lovely place to explore.

Culinary delights

It goes without question that the mountains are home to splendid snow, but you will also find superb restaurants with a wide choice of delicious dishes. From noodles to pizza, your tastebuds will be tantalised.
