Lemnos is a very pretty and well run resort.
The rooms are serviced to a very high standard.
The food and service are exceptional, the upstairs Breakfast room with its view of the bay first thing in the morning together with dinner on the terrace with the beautiful sunset are quite spectacular.
I loved sitting on the very clean beach watching the water sports & also by the swimming pool with the energetic Aqua aerobics every morning!
The Mark Warner staff were happy and helpful. Marnie in the Beach Bar took care of our drinks & toasted sandwiches with a great sense of humour.
Emily the tennis coach was a little stretched as she was on her own.
The Social Tennis had been moved to 8am from 10am, too early for us, why ? we liked the 4.30-6.00 session was in it’s usual spot.
There was a €25 charge for the hitting sessions which we weren’t to happy about & the usual €10 for the serving clinic.
We heard good comments on the Classic Tennis course at €150 from people we met so well done Emily!
Kira & Mandy were always around to help and advise as was the GM Sue. Having been twice before with George in charge we were a little wary of what to expect but no worries the resort is in very safe hands.
This was our third visit to Lemnos. last year we went to Paleros and we were disappointed. We will definitely be returning to Lemnos!
Please MW put up the tennis program for each resort before booking as they seem to be different for each resort.

The hotel is good and very comfortable. The local staff are excellent as is the food and local wine. Great location for water sports for the complete range of abilities from beginner to pre Olympic standard. Equipment is good particularly windsurf. The rooms all have good WiFi as well

Absolutely brilliant week! We went as a family group of 9 people and everyone loved it. Beautiful location right on the seafront - amazing views - sunsets were gorgeous. Only a 40 minute walk into the main town which was very picturesque with plenty of restaurants and high-end shops. So much to do for everyone at the resort - sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and paddle boarding on the sea and cycling, organised walks, tennis and fitness activities on land and aqua aerobics in the pool. We made use of it all. The food was of a very high standard with so much choice. Drinks were at a reasonable cost.
Flights, transfers etc were very well organised and everything ran very smoothly.
The only couple of negatives were that our rooms were high up on the hillside so lots of steps! Rooms are a bit tired and in need of renovation but for the amount of time spent in them, this didn't really bother us. The other thing was the lack of shade in the fitness area for early morning pilates classes.
The reps were great and were at all the social events in the evenings which were a lot of fun. All in all, an amazing holiday. Would definitely consider going back.

Although there was a plenty of food it became repetitive. Missed the interaction of the Mark Warner Team. The evening entertainment was noisy.

Our first family holiday to Paleros beach and with Mark Warner-we thoroughly enjoyed it!
All staff from start to finish were professional friendly and fun.
Charles supported my husband on a group bike ride -ably leading on one of the planned routes- highly recommended to see more of the area.
Enjoyed the vast array of water sports - Jack and his beach staff were all excellent, nothing too much trouble and keen to share their expertise if needed. Safe and supported- on beach area.
Exercise and sports staff delivered great sessions.
Excellent food and pool facilities- accommodation spotless, a/c great, set out in spacious flat environment surrounded by lovely gardens and beautiful views of the mountains beyond!
Bar staff and restaurant staff friendly and helpful . Evening entertainment was fun, and just right to provide something for all-Alice took the time to make sure everyone had a great holiday.
Can’t wait to return!

We booked our holiday basing our choice on a previous MW holiday. After booking, viewing the few negative reviews which can be found, I became extremely concerned about what to expect. However, happily our experience during the regatta week was very positive. The beach was unaffected by the regatta taking place. The hotel room was very comfortable with the only niggle being the air-con setting at night time which seemed to cool the room to very cold, lovely during the day, though this could have been our error. The Turkish staff at the hotel is an example of customer service at its best. Any issue raised was addressed promptly. It would be unfair to single out anyone from the staff as all members are very helpful & friendly. However one lady on reception took it upon herself to research something we were interested in as she had the benefit of local knowledge and provided us with more detailed information, which was over & above her duty. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but photo is attached. Thank you. During our stay we used the excellent Wellness & Spa centre. The treatments provided are wonderful and the skill, sensitivity, care and discretion of the staff, our ladies were Siri & Koman, were second to none and highly recommend. Ayaz is a lovely character who is excellent at his job in promoting the centre, as he has every reason to be since it’s a wonderful service which is provided, highly recommended.

This was an excellent holiday. the hotel was very clean, modern and well laid out. 3 pools where great. The food buffet was probably as good as you can expect from a buffet for lots of people. There was definitely plenty of choice.
All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The activities staff were also great and nothing was too much trouble. We were not there during school holidays so the hotel was not completely full so there was loads of opportunities to just turn up and do whatever sport you wanted which was great. I am not sure this would be the case in busier times.
